2. Digital products and services

Purchases of the following are non-refundable once access has been granted:

• Digital resources (PDFs, tools, playbooks)
• Online programs and courses
• Community access
• Workshops and events

Because these are digital and knowledge-based products, they cannot be returned once delivered.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

• Duplicate payment or billing error
• A technical issue preventing access that we do not resolve within a reasonable time
• Cancellation by our team

All such requests are reviewed case by case.

4. Events and sessions

For live sessions, workshops or mentorship calls:

• If you are unable to attend, you may request a reschedule, subject to availability
• No refunds are issued for missed sessions without prior notice

5. Before you buy

Before making a purchase, please review the program details carefully, understand what is included and make sure the service meets your expectations. We encourage you to contact us with any questions before purchasing.

6. Approved refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to the original payment method.

7. How to request a refund

Email 1000millionaireclub@gmail.com with your name, what you purchased, the payment date and the reason for your request.
